ORDERING

 

AOL and HOTMAIL users - Please ensure your settings will allow mail from books@usedromancebooks.co.uk

All  customers should ensure that emails from books@usedromancebooks.co.uk do not go into your Trash.

(You will not get sales emails or other spam – I may need to contact you if there is a problem with your order, and I will email a confirmation when your order is despatched.)

 

If any of your books are unavailable and you have already paid then you will receive a refund for the cost of the book and for any difference in Postage and Packing rates. If you were paying by cheque or Postal Order then I will notify you of the corrected total or you will be able to choose an alternative book.

DELIVERY

Orders are despatched within two working days, usually within one.

If goods are damaged in transit, please let me know as soon as possible.

 

You will be emailed when your goods are despatched.

 
If goods are returned because you do not contact the carrier to arrange re-delivery then you are only entitled to a refund of the books, and not of the Postage and Packaging charges.

 

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

Customers within the EU can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please email or write.

If you cancel you must return the goods at your own expense. You must ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

 

 

FAULTY GOODS

 

If there is a problem with the books, please get in touch. The problem will be dealt with in accordance with your legal rights.

 

 

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

 

These terms apply to your order if you reside within the EU. Terms and conditions may be changed at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
